Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Chevrah Kadisha App mobile application (the "Service") operated by The Johannesburg Jewish Helping Hand and Burial Society (“The Chev”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
User profile: By using this mobile app, you consent to us collecting personal information when you create or update your Chev account. Without detracting from the generality of the aforegoing, this may include your name, email, phone number, login name and password, address, payment or banking information (including related payment verification information), government identification or passport numbers.
Transaction Information
You consent to us collecting transaction details related to your donation.
Links to Other Web Sites and Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by The Chev.
The Chev has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that The Chev shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such mobile application, web sites or services. You specifically consent to the processing of your payment through our third party contracted gateway VCS (Virtual Card Services) or any other which we may contract with from time to time which will store your payment details. Furthermore, you consent to your data being stored on Hetzner (Pty) Ltd. We are not responsible for any loss due to the use of these services. By consenting to our terms you are also consenting to the terms and conditions of the third party web sites and services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
